Beautiful balconies in selected rooms.
The lights in our Superior Double Room tripped several times, leaving us in the dark during inconvenient moments, especially unnerving. One time, they went out while I was in the shower, and the staff was slow to respond. The steam room in the spa was out of order for our entire two-night stay, very frustrating given that we were looking forward to relaxing there.

The room was clean and perfect with large parisienne windows overlooking la rue, I stayed here for 4 nights. Amazing central location close to Paris for work 2-3 times per year for the last 20 years as well as all the main sites. The staff were outstanding day and night.

Really good service, with staff were nice and pro ensuring every need was met. The chic decor and spacious rooms elevated the experience, complemented by daily cleaning that maintained immaculate organization. While the restaurant was unavailable and there was no gym, the hotel's atmosphere and nearby local dining options were good. Exploring the vibrant local scene from this location added to its charm.

The hotel has a stylish vibe, and the staff is accommodating. The furniture showed signs of wear and the dining experience was marred by some oversight. Still, the great location and friendly service made the experience good overall.

Perfect for couples looking for luxury
The staff were superb and were great. Like when they made sure my room was cleaned every single day, always checking to see if I needed anything. They had this amazing boutique where I could grab some unique candles and perfumes, such a nice touch, really reminded me of home.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable given the level of service and comfort.

great room but common areas need improvement
The large rooms provide a welcome retreat during stay. The mix of modern and vintage decor created a stylish ambiance that I enjoyed. The staff proved to be consistently friendly and eager to assist. During my time, I found the accessibility features beneficial, made getting around a lot easier.
The availability of seating in common areas felt insufficient.

The renovation of the old baths here is really fabulous, and I loved relaxing in the spa lounge after a long day. They have a great indoor pool and a steam room that really adds to the experience. The only minor issue was that some furniture looked a bit worn. not a deal-breaker though! 😊
